• Gender (optional)
• Profile photo

2.2 Driver Documents

• Driver's license (image, number)
• Vehicle registration certificate (image, number)
• Vehicle photos

2.3 Vehicle Information

• Make, model, color, year of manufacture
• Registration (license plate) number
• Vehicle type categories

2.4 Location Data

• Continuous real-time GPS location during active duty
• Background location tracking (required for ride dispatching and navigation)
• Route data during rides (pickup, stops, drop-off)

2.5 Financial Data

• Bank account number and bank code
• Billing information (entity type, company name, ICO, DIC, address)
• Wallet balance, transaction history, earnings
• Payment preferences (cash, QR, bank transfer, card terminal availability)

2.6 Ride and Performance Data

• Ride history (routes, times, distances, earnings)
• Customer ratings and reviews
• Ride statistics and performance metrics

2.7 Device and Technical Data

• Device identifier, operating system, app version
• Error logs and diagnostic data
• Push notification tokens
• Network connectivity status

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing the service — dispatching ride requests, turn-by-turn navigation, route calculation, ride tracking
• Financial operations — processing payments, wallet management, generating billing records, payouts
• Communication — ride notifications, in-app messaging with passengers, support
• Safety and compliance — verifying driver identity and documents, vehicle registration, fraud prevention
• Service improvement — analyzing usage patterns, fixing errors, improving navigation reliability

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the driver service platform
• Legal obligation — tax records, billing data, driver documentation requirements

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, real-time database, security attestation
• Google Maps — map display, geocoding
• Mapy.com (Valhalla) — turn-by-turn navigation, route calculation, distance and ETA
• OneSignal — push notifications for ride dispatching
• Cloudflare — API proxy and security

These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We minimize the data shared and use API proxies to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

• Account and driver data — retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
• Driver documents — retained for the duration of active driver status plus 1 year
• Ride history and financial records — retained for 5 years (tax and legal requirements)
• Location data — real-time location data is not stored long-term; ride route data is part of ride history
• Error logs — automatically deleted after 90 days

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Restriction — limit how we process your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format

8. Data Security

We protect your data using:

• Encrypted local storage on your device (Hive encrypted database, Secure Storage for tokens)
• Secure token-based authentication with automatic refresh
• Firebase App Check / App Attest for app integrity verification
• HTTPS encryption for all data transfers
• API proxy layer protecting third-party API keys

9. Location Tracking Disclosure

The driver app requires continuous location access, including background location, to:

• Enable ride dispatching based on proximity to passengers
• Provide real-time turn-by-turn navigation
• Share your position with passengers during rides
• Calculate accurate ETAs and distances

Location tracking is active when you are logged in and available for rides. You can stop sharing your location by going offline or closing the app.

10. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 18 years of age. Driver accounts require a valid driver's license.
